Usage depends on your AI development environment: In Claude Code, you can directly use built-in slash commands like /create-task and /create-goal to initiate workflows. In Codex, you need to explicitly invoke the corresponding skills via the /skills menu or commands like $ab-create-task. The system detects your project structure and automatically installs to the correct directory.

What's the difference between using it on Claude Code versus Codex?
The workflow logic is identical. The main differences are in the trigger methods (slash commands in Claude, skill invocation in Codex) and sub-agent nesting capabilities (Claude supports multi-level nesting, Codex supports only a single layer).
Will the installation overwrite my existing files?
No. The installer detects the existing directory structure (.claude/ or .agents/) and copies skill files to the appropriate location without overwriting existing files.
