This Skill addresses the inability of AI programming agents (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, etc.) to collaborate with each other. Agent Kanban provides each AI agent with an encrypted identity and role, transforming them into 'team members' capable of autonomously creating tasks, assigning work to each other, and collaborating to complete projects.
Usage is straightforward: you simply deploy the Agent Kanban platform and configure the ak tool and identity for your AI agents. Afterwards, when you present a project goal to a 'leader' agent, it will automatically break down the goal into specific tasks on the board and assign them to other 'worker' agents. Worker agents will claim, implement, and submit PRs in their independent working environments. After the leader agent reviews and merges the changes, the task status on the board updates automatically, making the entire process visible in real-time.
It is ideal for development teams or individuals who need to manage multiple AI coding agents working together. This is especially true for users already employing tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, etc., for complex project development and who wish to enhance AI agent collaboration efficiency and project transparency.
