This Skill addresses the issue where AI coding assistants lose their memory, skills, and configurations when switching between different development environments (such as Cursor and Claude Code), forcing users to re-learn and reconfigure each time. In real-world development, developers often need to switch between different AI coding tools based on project requirements. However, each switch essentially resets the agent's "brain," preventing it from continuing the previous development context and learned project specifications.

Usage is straightforward: you simply initialize a .agent/ folder in your project, which will contain your memory, skills, and protocol configurations. This folder can then be used as a portable layer and plugged into various supported AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, and OpenCode. Your agent will seamlessly migrate between tools with its complete knowledge and skills. The core workflow includes initializing via CLI commands, upgrading project configurations, and running portable, bounded agent loop tasks.

It is ideal for developers or teams who frequently switch between different AI coding environments but wish to maintain consistency in their agent's working style. This is particularly useful for users who are already deeply reliant on AI-assisted coding and want to solidify project-specific prompts, workflows, and long-term memory. For scenarios involving managing multiple parallel projects or needing to validate the same agent's behavior across different tools, this Skill can significantly enhance efficiency and consistency.

It is recommended to use this tool when starting a new project or refactoring an existing one to establish a standardized AI agent configuration layer. Note that it primarily provides a portable configuration and memory framework; its underlying capabilities still depend on the connected host AI coding tools (such as Claude, Gemini, etc.). Furthermore, its loop task boundary control is not an operating system-level sandbox. For scenarios requiring strong isolation, you must still rely on the native security mechanisms of the host tool.
