Philosophy
Traditional: Code → Test → Documentation

TDD: Test → Code → Documentation (Test as contract)
IDD: Intent → Test → Code → Sync (Intent as source of truth)
Intent is the new source code. Code review is done by AI, Intent review is done by Humans.
