完整 2C 适配指南 + 各国渠道公开数据见 → gingiris-seo-geo/references/2c-adaptation.md

📦 Install

clawhub install startup-launch-playbook

What you get after installing:

  • MVP validation framework (test demand before you scale)
  • First 10 → 100 → 1000 users channel playbook
  • Founder-led sales templates for cold outreach with zero brand

A tactical guide for founders who've built something and need their first real users.

  • MVP validation: How to test demand before you scale
  • First 10 → 100 → 1000 users: Channel playbook for each stage
  • Founder-led sales: Templates for cold outreach when you have zero brand
  • Traction metrics: What to measure at pre-seed vs seed stage
  • Bootstrapping tactics: Growth without paid ads or VC money

First 1000 Users on a Founder Budget (2026 benchmarks)

What each budget tier realistically returns

  • ~$1K: a few hundred signups — small YouTube ad tests + ~20 niche subreddits + a couple hundred topic groups worked with a DM workflow. This is the pre-seed default recipe.
  • ~$5K: enough to reach ~1,800 votes in 24h — but a campaign that did exactly that had its daily #1 revoked in a post-hoc vote sweep. Read the next rule before spending it there.
  • $10–20K: about a million impressions and low-four-figure signups; also the observed ballpark for a five-person team to land a 10K-star open-source launch.

The pre-seed Product Hunt rule

Under ~$5K, stay off the leaderboard. Measured conversion explains why: PH exposure turns into upvotes at about 1%, while Reddit posts for an open-source tool turn exposure into stars at 5–8%. Ten micro-creators on Twitter will beat a PH push on both reach and registrations at identical cost. Collect the PH badge later, when it's cheap relative to your budget.

The free channel with a stopwatch: Hacker News

HN can deliver your first few hundred users for $0 — if you clear the bar: roughly 30 upvotes and 10 comments within 30 minutes of posting, during US morning hours. Stalled by minute 40 means the post is dead; keep alternate versions with different angles ready and try again another week. Translate what worked for regional developer forums and collect a free second audience.

The launch gate for first-timers

The bar for "ready to launch": ten outside developers who are satisfied and still active. Until you have them, split your time 60% user conversations / 40% launch preparation. A launch amplifies what already exists — it cannot manufacture retention that isn't there.
