This Skill addresses the tedious and error-prone tasks in bookkeeping, reconciliation, month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filing. Corporate finance personnel often need to handle double-entry recording, chart of accounts coding, discrepancy identification during reconciliation, period-end closing, and various tax filings, which are inefficient and prone to omissions when done manually.

Usage is straightforward: simply describe a transaction or requirement in natural language, such as "Record this 500-yuan office supplies expense to the administrative expenses account." It will automatically code it to the chart of accounts, generate the double entry, and maintain the journal. You can then use commands to complete reconciliation, month-end closing, generate profit and loss statements and balance sheets, and even assist in preparing tax filing materials. All data is stored in local files and is not transmitted externally.

It is well-suited for teams or individuals needing standardized financial bookkeeping, especially finance staff in small and medium-sized enterprises, freelance accountants, and entrepreneurs dealing with disorganized historical accounts. For users already using spreadsheets but seeking to automate accounting processes and reduce manual reconciliation time, this Skill can significantly boost efficiency.

It is recommended to configure the chart of accounts and memory files in ~/Clawic/data/accountant/config.yaml before starting, so the AI understands your accounting policies. Note that it primarily handles recording and report generation; it does not include corporate budget forecasting or financing (there is a dedicated CFO skill), nor is it suitable for personal finance or simple invoice management.
