It automatically reads the chart of accounts, memory files, and financial data from the local configuration files and performs the corresponding accounting operations. At the end of the session, it writes the generated persistent records (such as closing status, reconciliation differences, asset depreciation schedules, etc.) to local files, ensuring continuity in the next session.
