This Skill addresses the tediousness of manual bookkeeping, the difficulty of reconciliation, and the lengthy month-end closing cycle. In practical work, finance professionals often need to handle repetitive tasks such as double-entry recording, bank reconciliation, balance sheet balancing, and tax filing, where even a minor oversight can lead to unbalanced accounts or errors.

Usage is straightforward: you simply configure a local financial data directory (e.g., ~/Clawic/data/accountant/) and then use natural language commands to perform operations like recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and closing the books. For example, you can say "Record this month's payroll voucher" or "Check the discrepancies in the bank statement." It will automatically read local files, perform double-entry checks, generate financial reports, and log all changes to local notes.

It is particularly suitable for finance personnel, self-employed individuals, or small teams that frequently handle accounting tasks. Especially for users who already record income and expenses using local financial data (e.g., CSV files, Markdown cards) but lack automated reconciliation and month-end closing tools, it can significantly improve efficiency.

It is recommended to configure account tables and memory templates before consistent use. Note that it primarily relies on the local file system and does not upload any data to the cloud, ensuring data security. However, this also means it is not suitable for multi-user collaboration scenarios.
